Michael Bisping Vs Rashad Evans Fight Video UFC 78 Validation

Oh thank god Rashad won that decision. I though the judges were going to fucking hose another one on Bisping’s opponents.

I think they need to change the scoring on the fights, where if you take somedown you have to do something, If the person gets right back up then they yshould not be given points, And did you guys notice all the New Refs??? whats that all about

They aren’t new refs but I guess the venue wanted to use in state officals for the fights instead of the regular guys. Which is dumb I like ufc refs because they try and push the action a little more in dull fights.

Typical… Bisping in survival mode. (Where did we see THAT before? Hmmmm..) I am so glad that Ev beat Bis… Hamill was robbed and we know it. Bis is NOT a class act because he is such an ego-maniac and 2nd rate fighter. I hope Bis will drop down to Middleweight so Anderson Silva can demolish him.

Pissping is a little bitch, Hamil kicked his ass!! A top fighter at 205 like Sokoudjou, Henderson, Lidell, Silva and Jackson would kick his ass all night!! He would get his punk bitch ass slapped at 185 by Anderson Silva! I’ll put my money down right now at 155 BJ Penn would choke him out!!

what, egomaniac? bisping is a good guy, evans is too cocky. I hope his next opponent destroys him. I say, let him fight chuck, so he can get knocked out.

they should get points for a take down. even if they don’t capitalize. lets say you were fighting i picked u up and slammed you. your not defending, you got taken down. why should u be rewarded. the only reason you want to see no points is because it was a boring fight. Bispings punches did absolutely nothing. So should they not score punches unless its a knockout. or cut. or there dazed. Rashad took most of the punches but his counter punches did the only damage.
It should have been a unanimous decision even tho it was the worst fight ever. and bisping should never ever be in a ppv again i welcome him to fight night.

This fight was pretty boring and i agree with crazywhite there should be a rule that if u take someone down and just lay on them u shouldnt get any points. kinda bullshit rashad won that way

Bisping totally won the fight. Evans never one dealt bisping any damage except for some takedowns which Bisping defended against handily. Bisping on the other hand had great strikes against Evans including great knees and some nice 2 punch combinations. Evans was gassed about a minute or 2 into second round and was not a factor for the second or third round. Bisping didn’t even look tired and was totally cool and collected the whole fight. Those judges need their eyes checked. I think even Joe Rogan thought that Bisping owned Evans.

How can that be a split decesion what I am seeing is the UFC has the worst Judges in the world to say there was a chance bisping won that fight when he had almost no offense the whole fight shows that this sport is not headed in a good direction oh and what happen to hamills rematch Dana White better sit down and start really Questioning how these Judges are scoring these fights or he’s going to start losing some fans IFL anyone?

Rashad clearly won the fight. However BORING it was, and I agree, it was boring, Rashad was the clear aggressor, Bisping was just trying to survive. Rashad needs to pick up the EXCITEMENT factor if he wants to be a crowd pleaser.

Given how exposed Bisping was in his last fights(I don’t care what the judging at UFC75 said, he got his handed to him for 3 rounds and everyone knows it) maybe he’s the one who should go to the WEC for more seasoning. He looked better with his takedown defense against evans but he still got dropped alot. There are couple of guys down in the WEC who would be a good match for him. If drops to 185 in the UFC, Franklin, Henderson, and Silva are among a few of the guys who would destroy him.

Here’s an idea, why doesn’t Joe Silva book Bisping against Ortiz? Tito has a reputation of running his mouth and getting too cocky and arrogant for his own good. It would be teacher against pupil(Ortiz was his coach on TUF season 3) and that would be an intriguing match up. Most people don’t look at Tito in the same class as guys like Liddell, Jackson, Silva and Bisping has looked like an overrated 3rd rate fighter so it would be a good one to watch.

To all those who complain about these wrestlers who lay and pray, if their opponents could actually sprawl and avoid the takedowns, then wouldn’t the fights stay standing. Often times those accused of the lay and pray are often scoring with some ground and pound and are working their postioning to set up submissions. Those who don’t like the ground and grappling aspects are often the converted boxing fans who aren’t used to seeing more than a punching exchange. The elbows, kicks and knees are a welcome addition but the rest of the puzzle is foreign to them.

The best fighters in MMA are adept at keeping the fight where they want it and in all aspects. We all have our preferences and what looks good to one fan is garbage to another. There’s no right or wrong…it’s all a matter of preference.

Just watched for the 1st time.

Evans clearly won 1st and 3rd rounds and Bisping got 2.

There was some lay and pray but not nearly as bad as some made it out to be…..
