Glad to see Serra get a win…this fight didn’t surprise me, but watching marquardt get dominated for 3 rounds did…i should have known from his pre-fight interview that he was taking chael sonnen a bit lightly..and chael said he would dominate and grind it out and that’s exactly what he did….if he fights anderson silva next (assuming silva beats vitor) i think chael will get ko’d…..

How is it that Serra always manages to hit to the back of the head? I’ve seen it several times. I’m starting to think it isn’t on accident. You can knock someone out with an open hand strike back there.

As for this fight, I thought it was the most exciting of the night. It was a toss up with a bit of an edge appearing to go to Trigg, and then BOOM! Goodnight Irene.

Yeah, Serra! Gotta feel a little bad for Trigg, though, given that he was talking about how he really didn’t have anything to fall back on if he were to lose and get kicked out. Don’t worry, Trigg!
