Never said he was a title threat. Most guys in the UFC never reach that status. I said, give him a break, he’s coming off a 13 month layoff.

The difference there is, Scottc probably doesn’t make a living and wanting to be the best in the UFC. Hammil does but he never will. RETIRE.

Maybe its not better that UFC control all of mma. It seems like talent across the board is down. Remember WEC, Strikeforce, and UFC all putting on stacked cards every show. One fight…this is turning to boxing.

You guys all made comments about Hamill, he was more “exciting” in the fight than Hollet. Nobody made a comment about Hamills fantastic take downs of the 205 pounder Hollet, and there was alot.

It’s easy to sit back and criticize. Hamill did well for his first time back in over a year. Had good takedowns and had better stand up than his previous fights. Let the haters hate. They have nothing better to do with their simple minds.

Looked like big UFC jitters for Hollett. I didn’t see a single offensive attack from him. His footwork is awful. I hope he performs better next time because I didn’t see anything to believe he’ll stick around for long with the UFC’s light heavyweights.
