I’m surprised no one has said how much of a b.s. call this was. I saw it going either way, but I can see how some people would be upset. I saw the second round being a 10-8 for Brown. The last one being a little questionable, but I still had it for Brown. The first was obviously Kim, but only a 10-9.

That’s my take.

Dong gassed himself trying to choke Brown out early and Matt Brown fought hard the whole fight, but using the UFC judging criteria it was easily Dong rounds 1 & 3 and Brown had round 2. Brown had heart and effort, but getting taken down multiple times and having you forehead cut open with elbows does not win you a round in the books (referring to round 3)

Unimpressive win for Dong, but he had rounds 1 and 3. You could argue maybe a 10-8 for Brown in round 2 but i don’t think so

Rogan really pissed me off with his biased commentating again. Its like he’s trying to discredit Dong’s win and also promote the crowd to boo against him.

are you kidding? if theres any round dhk won clearly it was the first round. third round went to dhk cuz of the 2 TD’s and the flurry of punches towards the end. 2nd round was the only one that u can make a clear argument for him winning. stop whining, brown lost, he’ll probably stick around though, clearly improved from tuf.

judges made the right call. first round was all kim he had browns back for the first 4 minutes granted brown dominated the second but in the last round kim got 2 takedowns and opened up a cut on browns face..probably the most damaging move in the fight. the judges had it right

U people sayin it was a bad decision,did u even watch the fight?the korean guy took him down multiple times in the first round,and almost choked him out in round 1. Rnd 2 was close and even if you gave rnd 2 to brown,dong won rnd 3 and split matt brown wide open with some gnp elbows. What did browm do?nothing. Close fight, but the Korean dude won. First round clearly goes to Kim. Second definitely to Brown. Third round was close but Kim gets the win in my book - more take downs, top control and elbows. This kid has talent and may be one to look out for in future.

Dhk won the first round but gassed in the process. The 2nd round he was trying to rest up and he finished in the 3rd. Id like to see better cardio from him and more standup.

I wonder if coming out without his mouthpiece cost him in the eyes of the judges. He needs to work on finishing. He had that guy tired and just did the status quo instead of doubling up. I wish this copy had Joe Rogans comments rather than those Russian (?) dudes. I swear I was half understanding them by the end of the fight.

Dong obviously won rounds 1 and 3, and round 2 wasn’t a 10-8 round in my opinion, so I agree with the decision. If you don’t think Dong won round 1, watch it again without the beer goggles on. Brown gets a couple good hits and knees in and even a nice choke attempt, but for the other 2/3 of the round Dong is on Brown’s back going for chokes or other holds and Brown is in clear defense mode.

Now if only the video were in English.

The Korean won the first and third rounds. Cecil People’s is the worst judge, not only in mma but in boxing as well. He has screwed up every fight I have ever seen when he has been a judge. I guess they will let just anyone judge a fight.

Matt looked good but he lost that fight. He should get another chance because it was pretty good fight.

Hmm.. Not sure how people thought Brown won.. Especially Rogan.. weird. Rounds 1-3 were clearly Dong.. multiple takedowns a near chokeout.. 2 takedowns in the 3rd and a mounted flurry/head splitter. dong won round 1 and 3 with a 10-9 score in both rounds.even if brown won round 2 with a 10-8 score,that would be a draw.but it wasnt a 10-8 rnd because there was no knockdown,unless i forgot,but to me the takedown and gnp from dong could have made round 3 a 10-8 rnd for him.im gonna watch it again,but the only way brown won is if your scoring it like a boxing match and not scoring takedowns and submission attempts. Ppl ppl, judges go by round not overall control throughout the match. I gave Matt the third round until Kim cut him open. That made it seem like if the fight had gone on longer, Matt would’ve been in trouble. Round 1 for Dong, Round 2 for Matt, Round 3 for Matt until he got taken down and cut open.
