I went through a big binge of Imanari fights last year. Amazing fighter.

Imanari is the guy i saw going for leglocks against Joachim Hansen, and Imanari ate a knee shooting in with no guard and was KO’ed…ithink leglocks are dangerous to go for and you need to be careful not to give up position when going for them…lol at Gerbil getting you all going once again

This was the first time I attended this sort of even and after the bill was read out I felt Mr Masakazu Imanari would be worth looking out for. Boy was I wrong.
Imanari first displayed respect to his opponent, the ring and the sport, then he took it to another level. He is a master and then some, he is not unbeatable I would go so far and say he is not a fighter but what he does with JuJitsu and leglock is second to NONE. If he had my leg or arm I’ll be tapping the canvas like Fred Astair. He is quality. Respect to him.
