Holy SHIT. Talk about relentless on Nates part. He did not give Martin a chance to recover. Brutal punches to the body and head. He showed what he was really capable of in this match. He should of beaten Leites. Great show.

I guess it will either be Marquart vs. Henderson next.. either that or Nate will have to fight Damian Maia perhaps even Kendall grove. Kampmann is a good fighter and he simply got caught, nate still has ways to go if he ever wants to step back in the octagon with Anderson Silva.

Yes nate looked alot bigger than kampman.great aggression to finish the fight. I called this fight correctly. I think nate was just too big and athletic. Hes almost like a big gsp that is just been in mma a few years.(i know hes a vet,just making an analogy)

Yeah, like Mike said, Marquardt looked big for 185, more like a LHW. Beautiful Cro Cop-esque head kick, but that body shot was what really finished the fight. Once Kampmann dropped his hands to start protecting his body, he was pretty much done.

It’s not that Nate is super huge, it’s that Kampmann is an undersized Middleweight. He barely cuts weight and if he wanted could probably fight at Welterweight.
