You can’t go and bang with a heavy hitter like Hunt when you can use your kicks and take downs. You know Hunt’s only real weapon is his hands why do you fight his fight?

Hunt outlasted and made Struve lose his confidence. You could see in Struve’s face how he couldn’t believe after the second mount that he couldn’t submit or put Hunt away.
Now, that Hunt has some idea of what grappling is, I want to see a Hunt v. Overeem rematch.

Makes you wonder what Struve is training. It can’t be his jab and lateral movement. His lack of using his natural advantage makes him an annoying fighter to watch. Somebody show him Klitschko vid. Please.

Struve is not an agile guy at all.He’s a lanky sluggish slow giant.He has some power but we can’t excpect him to be fast and agile,physically he never will.The Klitschkos are good athletes for their size compared to Struve.

Awesome entertaining fight…happy for Hunt to get the win here. Struve thought he could slug it out with Hunt but should have stuck with his strength which is grappling and submissions. Very entertaining slugfest though so props to both fighters.

Hunt is awesome. He’s a legit threat to any striker in the HW division…JDS included… Love to see him face JDS or Reem next. Could you imagine, if hunt won either of those fights… Hunt vs Cain… not that I think Hunt stands a chance against Cain, or any wrestler really… but it would be insane! War Hunt.

@ericsson? other? you watched struve? you really dont know what juice does i guess, enough guys you see it on put struve is putting his weight on really really slow, still looks like he never lifted a weight except of a fork in his whole life. Love the guy but he fought a really dumb fight and looked out of shape.

It’s so frustrating watching Struve failing to use his huge height and reach advantage in pretty much every fight. Happy for Hunt though, remember watching him in PRIDE and good to see he’s still around.

Struve is actually a good fighter, butwhat people forget is that HUNT is a world class striker. Did you guys not see him hand parry a good percentage of struve’s shots just so he could make up the distance and stay close to land himself? That’s an example of Hunt making the most of his reach disadvantage and Struve making the least of his. This should teach him that it doesn’t matter if you’re 7 feet tall, KEEP YOUR DAMN HANDS UP!
