Listen to be about Pride. Dana White had the nerve to talk shit like the pride fighters werent that good compared to ufc fighters because Chuck beat Wandy and Forest beat Shogun.But look at reality, when A Silva came to the ufc i told everyone i know that he would dominate in the ufc because Pride had so much tougher competition. Look at what Rampage did, came over here and whooped Chuck again, and chuck has never been the same since. Then Big Nog came over here and submitted Tim Sylvia.So the interim heavyweight champ, the LHW champ and the MW champ where all from Pride.Yet the ufc had the tougher fighters???
Then Fedor suck according to Dana, and Fedor whoops Sylvia like he is a baby.I believe that all the good competition, at least at heavyweight is over at Affliction now, besides Randy.

I’m not sure that’s completely true, but i do think that people think that the UFC is the best but being the biggest doesn’t mean being the best and there are great fighters dotted all over the world… you may easyily see a few heavywieght stars rising from TUF

Pride was the best, if only UFC would allow knees to the head, then it would be a close second. But DREAM is better than UFC, way better. DREAM is the new PRIDE, just give it some time.

Coleman had a moment during the initial stages of the UFC.

A one dimensional fighter that ovewhelmed many with his world class wrestling and the “ground and pound” which may have been named after him.

His best win was over a very old, but still a hero of mine Dan “the beast” Severn which was followed by a classic loss to Maurice Smith that same year — 1997 He then lost the next three in the UFC and reappeared in Pride where he lost as well.

Nog is a modern fighter and should not be fighting Coleman. Coleman should not be fighting at all.
