Log in to Reply A little tip for the information age kids September 29, 2013 Cardio and fighting smart are 2 completely different things. After a bad adrenaline dump, aka after the world’s strongest man out manhandles you, your cardio is awesome, but your receptors in your muscle nerves are telling your CNS to rest, thanks to your body’s ability to protect itself. If you have ever had a good coach or teacher, they will tell you what all the great fighters know, the key to strength and stamina in high level competition is simple: Keep emotion separate from output, be what nature designed you to be… a machine.
