Especially when there’s no real scientific proof that it helps you.Most researchers said that drinking urine is the same thing as drinking sea water because of the high level of sodium and taht it can be really damaging to your organs.Personally with all the nutriments we can get from pills,I don’t think it’s good to drink piss.They did use urine thousnads of years ago as medecine but they also didnt live long in that time and had 0 scientific tools to prove it was good.

Drinking your own urine actually builds your immune system depending on how often you do it, after what intake, what time of day, what diseases you have, your body can prepare a mean cocktail one that can heal you or kill you.
