No Manny didn’t agree to random blood testing for the fight with Mayweather he refused to take random blood test up till 14 days before the fight! He turned down $100 million to avoid taking that test!?! Floyd takes olympic style test 4 every fight why does Manny want to fight the best but not take the test? Floyd would take the exact same blood test as Manny at the exact same point in random time? They’re 8th deaths a year in boxing it has the most outdated form of testing of any sport to date!
