WELL junior is looking good on the floor…. even though hes rolling with a much smaller lyoto machida…. get my boy fabricio werdum in there and lets see how fast werdum would put them to sleep ;P

Santos couldn’t get top (Machida gave his back @ 2:15) against a smaller Machida and Machida didn’t look like he was in much of a hurry and Machida got and regained dominant position several times. I predict Junior won’t be taking anyone down anytime soon.

they are training here guys this is probably 40%. if you have ever gotten to any level in bjj u would know to train light and practise technique. try training instead of having an input for something you have never done.

Both of these guys are stand-up fighters so all they need to know is how to get out from a bottom position. If they master a few sweeps and are experts at submission escapes, they will be fine.

If you notice Machida is wearing gloves JDS is not.. this was training for the Bader fight (Machida’s gym has been open for a while) JDS didnt get a black belt for no reason.. why show your ju jitsu when your boxing is so crisp? work to your strengths
