I just looked up some info on Murray and apparently he was recently released out of prison in Morocco only to be rearrested because the UK had filed paperwork to have Murray tried for the bank robbery he is suspected of being involved in (92 million dollar robbery it said). So I guess he got out of prison and got sent right back to await his trial. That’s one seriously dangerous and crazy dude.

Murray also fought A. Silva and I think it went to decision for Silva. Murray had some serious skills, but his layoff, prison term, and planning robberies pretty much ruined his career.

where would he fight for the ufc? he’s not gonna leave morocco or he’ll get extradited back to the UK and banged for the rest of his life. and even if he wanted to got to america he couldn’t because of convictions for robbery and drugs.

Lee Murray is the definition of BAD ASS. Not because he was a world class fighter but because he’s a world class THUG. Anybody with the minerals to steal 92 million in cash from an armored truck depot, and get away with it is a dangerous individual.
