Black Gerbil, you can’t be serious. You’re suggesting a 41 year old guy with absolutely no MMA experience should jump into the sport? Have you not learned anything by watching fights? These aren’t the days of UFC 5 and 6 where dominant wrestlers can just take guys down and control them. If he didn’t get knocked out standing, he’d get submitted on the ground.

I found Goldberg’s non-stop mention of him being old and out of shape annoying. Yes, we get the picture. Either you’re there to train or you’re not. We don’t expect you to be in elite shape.

if they had open weight competition you would be surprised the number of middle-light weights who could knock out the heavyweights.. some of the best fights ive seen in real life have been smaller guys kickin the crap outta some big ripped dude… what goods muscle if ya cant move it fast enough?

We Used Bas’s training tapes at my mma school, and its no joke. Kimbo has that natural ability, along with a trainer from hell to stay focused. Kimbo doesnt need a significant future in mma, he needs a shot to rip the title outa someones hand already. Its true alota guys been bustin there ass for a shot at the title, but not alota guys can deliver the hype as well the tools to dominate.

Sorry Jomie, Brock has no real fighting skills other than wrestling. Kimbo is polished stand-up fighter with real power in both hands. Brock will be fighting someone who is just as strong as he (which nullifies his advantage) and someone who has genuine striking skill, not to mention speed. I would like to see that fight though. At least Brock wouldn’t have to worry about being submitted.
