I was really worried there for a second that they were going to take that fight from Jardine. Congratulations to him! I really would have liked to see him land a few more of those punches at the end of the first though when he had Vera on the ground more or less defenseless. It could have easily been the end of the fight.

NO!!!! Why verga, why? Man, I can’t believe the man with the monkey style won. It wasn’t as good as a performance as I expected from verga, but hopefully he’ll get back on track. The only thing is that he stated that he would dominate both the LH and HW, far from the truth. HE should be refered to as the BS verga.

I’ll never pay for anything ufc, even if it’s Wand vs Rampage 3, think about it; shorter 1st round, too many restrictions etc. And the fact is no matter what happens it will never compare or even live up to their 1 and 2nd fights!

The rules for no knees, kicks or stomps on the ground in MMA have to go. The fight could have finished at the end of the first round. Back to Vale Tudo boys, enough of middle of the road to please the average viewer.

Even though I thoughtlessly pinned my hopes on Leben, there is no reason why Vera should have lost this fight. What was he doing? Every time they engaged he threw one straight punch. WTF? He knows he’s not a power puncher. Even though their camp got robbed a few days before this fight, it was do or die. NO EXCUSES.

The kick to the knee messed Jardine up bad. He would have done much more if it wasn’t for that. Awesome the way he mauled Brandon while he had him against the cage those two times and thats what won him rounds 1 and 3. So much for the “training” Brandon took like 2 or 3 steps back every time Keith moved in on him. It’s like I’ve been saying for a while Brandon is mostly hype followed by excuses. Fighters don’t stand still in front of him anymore. It’s a wrap for Brandon unless he finds a new camp cus hes headed to the prelims.

Jardine is the sh!t.

I think moving down to 205 was actually worse off for him. His speed and elusiveness vs the bigger guys is what gave him the upper hand, along with his slick ground game obv. But the 205′ers are just as quick as he is and seem to be stronger even.

No fucking way… It was a close fight but for sure Vera won. Jardine won 1st round. No doubt Jardine slowed down with that push kick to his knee. 3rd round Jardine didn’t do shit until the last minute.

all the people who say Vera won what fight are you watching. Jardine definitely won the first with the take down and they both knocked each other down. Jardine also moved in more and started most of the exchanges and won them.
i know your probably all Vera fans but Jardine won. If anything Jardine got robbed. it should have been unanimous decision for him.
