Never saw this fight. For Saku to give up that much weight and strength (from the looks of it) and still win is amazing. I don’t care how raw rampage was at the time.

Sakuraba got me hooked on MMA. He’s one of the most exciting ground fighters of all time. GSP and his nation of Fitch’s all need to watch and learn from a true warrior. He always left it in the cage. *waits for ear joke*

imo rampage was at his best around 2002-2003, when he fought igor, randleman and mikhail. that was the leanest and meanest rampage ever.
