nice judo match
Dong won that fight, he won 1st and 3rd round..
Another BS fight, the Korean fighter won. Bruno thanks again for posting the fights.
he didn’t have enough gas to finish him
I think Karo won, was definitely pushing more in the last 2 rounds. he was more active and aggressive than Kim in that last round which won it for him. He still needs to work on conditioning. If this was a title match he would have been exhausted by the 4th round.
Kim clearly won rounds 1 & 3, if not for the one judo throw by Karo in the 2nd, Kim would have won that round too. Kim transitioned to get Karo’s back numerous times, throughout the match and in round 3. Karo had one sub (kimura) attempt…Kim had an ambar and triangle in the first and also took Karo down numerous times throughout. Bad bad decision, Kim got robbed!
agreed, the korean dude won this fight. BS judging..
What the fuck he did not win that fight!
-Thank you Bruno for posting the fights so quickly… you rock man
intersting fight, it really should have been a draw, there was no clear winner..I’m excited to see what Diego Sanchez will do at 155lbs..i expect him to tear through big daddy and eventually beat KenFlo..I think by the end of 2009 Sanchez will have the belt
WTF the korean guy win the entire fight , those judges are fucking blind…..
To say Kim was robbed here is BS. Kim took the first round, Karo took the second, and in the third they slow danced. Sure, you could give round three to Kim, and he might even have an edge. But it’s a three round fight. If you’re tied 1 round a piece going into the third and you decide to take the rest of the day off, it’s pretty difficult to complain when you don’t get the decision. DO SOMETHING. No one deserved round three. It’s a coin toss, and it came up for Karo.
Kim won and I would have called it a draw before giving it to karo, terrible decision.
jeremy is right.
the fight was very close and in my own opinion i agree with most of you that kim had the upper hand, but fact is he didnt make his “win” obvious and really didnt do much in the 3rd round and just left it in the hands of the judges. you can never take a win for granted, you gotta press and score points till the horn.
I thought Kim clearly won the third round….he had 2 successful takedowns and had karo’s back at one point, while karo didn’t do anything besides miss a few attempts and lean on kim against the fence for a couple of minutes. He was obviously robbed. I have seen very few fights of both of these fighters so am fairly unbiased, and I think if anyone gives the 3rd to Karo it’s either bc they recognize his face more or a racist thing bc I don’t see an argument for how we could have won that round, not to say a draw isn’t understandable.
Nevertheless, at the end of the day I think Kim didn’t do enough to really secure his win and as a result I don’t really care.
For me ,both of them lost it should be draw. That the reason why people bring judo to mma, it become judo throwing match , that boring. This more like a gay fight , hugging each other the whole fight.
Oh gawd, more Karo trash talking. Dong won that fight. The ONLY reason all these damn split decisions were because 2/3 of the judges listened to the crowds and not watch the fight. Or 2 of the judges are just idiots. Whoever thought Clay won that fight against Nate is just stupid. Nate rocked him, tried to sub him, and actually pushed the pace. Guida just hugged and manhumped Nate for 3 rounds. I hate Guida so damn boring, his fights are only exciting most of the time because his opponents are exciting fighters. Tyson Griffin, Roger Huerta, and Mac Danzig are exciting, Guida is not.
very very close…honestly to me it was kim who won the fights
MMATKO.com judges suck lol/ you guys are terrible at judging fight lmao.
I mean Karo easily won the 2nd and 3rd round. Karo was the better fighter in this one.
And ppl complaining Nate lost is wrong to. I am a fan of Diaz but I surely understand why the decision went to Clay.
You guys really need to learn and better understand the 10 point must system. The judge that had it 29-28 Kim was shocking to me
zzz- well said i could not have said it any better then you did. Kim won the fight, and Guida is such a boring fighter, one of the most boring in the UFC
Im ashamed of my countries racist judges. Lets face it, you have the odds stacked against you as a korean or japanese fighter in the UFC.
This fight really put me off the UFC for good. Those judges seem to think the UFC is WWE.
They think they can listen to the crowed to decide the outcome of the fight. What a joke.
Many has been the fight i’ve watched and prayed that the underdog in popularity would finish the fight before the judges have their ridiculous way. Screw it, enough is enough.
