Junior Dos Santos vs Cain Velasquez 2 Fight Video UFC 155 Main Event

This “constant pressure” thing is pretty effective. We saw Chael do it against Silva in their first fight, Fitch do it to Erick Silva, and now Cain just smothering JDS like a wet blanket with punches….i suspect this will be the strategy Bisping uses to get past Vitor Belfort and Anderson Silva…not sure if he has the balls to run forward on an opponent, or the H-Bomb still has him in a state of PTSD….(post-traumatic stress disorder)

As I always said , MMA is a new sport and needs icons.It was too early to say that Dos Santos was the best HW ever.He is talented but he is overerated.His boxing is better than most MMA fighters but remains mediocre with too much holes in his guard.
JDS doesn’t have the heart of a legend and you can train as much as you want , you have it or not.Frazier had it, Ali had it nogueira had it .It is in hard fights that you see the heart of a fighter.And though JDS has heart, he doesn’t belong to this special race of fighter though he is very good
I always said he was not that good .You see the real level of fighters in hard and tough fights
JDS will never be the same fighter after this fight.The beating he took was terrible, he will need to rest
But JDS is a very good fighter no doubt but I knew Velasquez was better

Give JDS one or two fights to “regroup”. I can’t wait to see Velasquez vs. JDS 3. Tie breaker anyone

I wrote many times on many diff forums that Cain is a maniac and he will destroy JDS, everybody thought I was a fool.

every time i turn on the tele jds is there ultimate fighter, tv shows, launch events something wasnt right he went the distance with carwin and nelson 1st round he was gasssed even before the punch. nw you may not like the reem but he is the guy we all wanna see he will be fighting cain next after silva

JDS has underestimated Cain and we could see a huge Cain determination already in the Silva/Cain fight. It was sad to watch that as I am always rooting for JDS. But it was not JDS fighting this time. It was JDS in a slow motion. Maybe his flight schedule affected his performance a tiny bit. Surely it was not a good strategy for adjusted Cain. And where was JDS black belt jujitsu or grappling?
It will be a lesson for JDS I hope he will come back improved.
The fight was very much like JDS/Carwin fight but opposite.
JDS did not quit but I expected much more from him.
As I said Cain is not my favourite fighter but this time I have to ‘give God what belongs to God’.

In another place most thought the fight was a fix..JDS didn’t even raised his hands.Now someone wants a rematch…look at the score..50-43,,,no way.Santos got clobbered and still didn’t raised his hands..just relied on a few upper cuts.Didn’t even kick Cain once to keep him off balanced.Fix,fix..booooo

UFC Doctors have confirmed after a post fight check up that JDS is suffering from a severe case of ‘Rampage Jackson syndrome’. Symptons include: Predictable offense, one dimensional fighting and a mass amounts of company over-hype.

Fixed fight? That’s the dumbest thing I ever heard. Cain was healthy for this one and it showed. JDS is good but he looked a bit out of shape and very few people can hang with a good wrestler for 5 rounds.

I admit im biased towards Jds.
However he knocked him the F out the first fight and had cain ate one of those punches coming in again….then these comments would be saying cain was overrated.
Ive never seen a guy keep getting up like that. He’ll be back…whether he can counter that strategy will yet to be seen

Cain made my year end!! Ive won $2650 (+1.65 odds) I knew the first fight was just a fluke!!Cain will smother him again.. i want overrated overeem against cain!!!

Cain is a beast, no doubt about it. JDS was definitely on steroids or something illegal. No way can someone (no matter who) take a beating like he did and still be standing after 25 mins. I hope they test JDS because that was B.S. !! They over hype him and overpay him way too much. He is making top $$ and he is not even well rounded. Screw him. I dislike fighters like this.

This fight was nothing compared to Glover Texeira vs Fabio Maldonado.The 1st round was brutal but the rest of the fight was Cain hitting him 50% and pacing himself for a 5 round win.
