it looks like a dive to me.
^ Thinking the exact same thing. He was acting scared from the beginning and goes down at the first little bit of contact.
whats the advantages to diving in a match?? seriously?!? the betting max on MMA is $500 so its not like theyre gonna make it rich from diving.
*COUGH (staged) COUGH*
can anyone translate after the figt comments,no habla espanol.
pathetic
Compcast….Jorge first is thanking God for the victory. Then he was asked how it all happen since it happened so fast. Jorge responded by saying to his fans to pay attention when he fights because he can finish a fight quickly. The last question was how he feels about going to the semifinals. Jorge said he feels proud and said he needs to win the prize since he has bills to pay.
Bellator fighting systems!!! LMAO I agree with the 4-5 others that said it was a dive
Viva Jorge eres uno de las mejores promesas para las MMA representando a los latinos !!!
viva latinoamerica !!!
I actually read the comments before I watched the fight (I know it’s backwards). I didn’t want to believe it, but it does look like a dive. Looks more like it was a rookie in there vs a pro or a episode of “Bully Beat Down”.
looks like an episode of bully beatdown
If you thought that was a dive, you have clearly never been caught before. Early stoppage maybe, but hardly a dive. He didn’t tap, he was still taking punches and moving.
The guy looked at him like he was Brock Lesner after he got hit! LOL
Guy looked very unprepared.
watch closely and he gets knocked off balance…and when he couldnt get up, he just tried to protect himself without knowing much of a guard…he looked outclassed no doubt…but a dive i dont think.
FAKE FAKE FAKE. I just wasted 10 minutes. Fuck this cocky punk.
nick might want to try and pull guard next time, rather than lay on his side and turtle….
To all the comments about the guy looking unprepared, his record states otherwise. Everyone has ‘off’ nights, and there was definitely an element of early stoppage. There is a limited amount of time for a fighter to improve his position while taking strikes prior to a ref stoppage, this appeared to be way early. But to an anxious ref watching the quick hands of Jorge it could be percieved as too much damage to the grounded fighter. He wasn’t dazed, he maintained full eye contact with Jorge and even covered up as he saw Jorge rushing in. At this point tho, assuming this fighter has 0 ground game he was probably still thinking of a plan and wasn’t fast enough to commit. MTS
Meant meant unprepared mentally………..
