Hey, he’s a good fighter for sure. Other than that, I agree with KungFu that he comes off as a moron. Hard to cheer for guys like this since it’s hard as a fan of the sport to identify with a thug. Hey Sean, you sound a bit mad a KungFu. I can’t speak for him but for me, like I said, as a fan I can’t identity with guys like Masvidal or the Diaz brothers. Chael Sonnen, as an example that you brought up, is acting and trying to entertain the fans. When not in character, he’s well spoken and a genuinely nice guy from what I’ve heard and seen. I take the work that I do in life professionally and present myself that way, that’s why I personally can’t support “thug” sounding fighters. Just my opinion.

Nick Diaz is not a thug, he’s just not telegenic. He’s uncomfortable in front of the cameras and three times i’ve met him he seems to be a level headed friendly guy. He and his brother train a youth BJJ class in here in Stockton. Maybe you should look into that Sean, by the level of your vocabulary, you fit the age group.
