This guy’s awesome. He’s only 21 years old and already a big threat for the top dogs at 205. He’s rag-dolled bonnar for 3 rounds and now choked out a big, strong jake o brien who is also a hot young prospect. I think it’s pretty much safe to say at this point, that this guy’s a future champion. they should give him Vera or Jardine for his next fight.

I like this kid.

He might be the future, we just have to wait and see how well he develops. I saw a few spots where a better fighter could have had him in trouble, if improves those spots, it will be nice to see him fight, I just hope he fights more often, it’s so nice to see a wrestler that doesn’t LnP. Even GSP has fallen in that trap, must be typical for wrestlers I guess.

I wonder if GSP would be as effective if knees were allowed, since we all knows that that’s a grappler’s kryptonite.

Maybe I am viewing this fight harder than most, but I was not impressed with his performance. For a guy who most people feel will be a future champ I don’t see him beating Machida. O’brien landed way too many shots. Bones has to improve his head movement. Use his range much better by just being more accurate.

He hasn’t fought a top guy, but he’s only 21. I’m quite impressed, given his age. And on top of being undefeated and quite skilled, he’s exciting and explosive too. Glad it got posted. Thanks.
