Jon Bones Jones AKA Sexual Chocolate…dont overkill the incline or decline running it compromises the knee in many ways. Mix in flat grass, track, treadmills with a top notch suspension like the Pre-Core or True commercial grade, and loose dirt surfaces. Goodluck from the Duke City.

Guys who take’em in high school to get into a good college usually end in college. Guys who take’em in college to get to the pros usually have a decent run. If Jones made it to the pros on his own, and now on P.E.D.s he’s going to be incredible.

I think unwittingly he has contradicted himself from what i hear in other interviews. As a fighter he gets my respect, since you know he is actually putting his ass on the line. He’ll be put into a fishnet against rashad by his mind games and gameplan, we will all witness come saturday night.

I’ve always liked Rashad and there’s a part of me that wants to see him win. But, I don’t understand the Jones hate. People talk about how cocky he is. Well, he should be. He’s holding the UFC LHW belt. Probably the most hotly contested belt in the history of the sport and no chump has ever held it. Hate on any LHW champ in history, but they all worked their ass off for it. MMA is not basketball or baseball. Jon Jones is naturally a polite, intelligent guy, but people have to realize he is still a fighter. There is always going to be a cocky aggressive side to that.

Hopefully no one bets on this one,and this will be the last “hyped” card for the UFC, If jones does not throw Evan out his game plan on the stand up by the 3rd, you will all see what seems like a young talent give up his back and loose via not responding to action. Flip side for the jones fans, if he leaves a light jab out there and can work low on evans heavy the 1st rd. he has the fight even if its by a dec. Look for the action to pick up a min in to the 2nd rd. , if I bet Evans 80-20..I could even see a heel hook happening, everyone has jits..evans is better. Emjoy the fight.

Now people who keep saying he has an unfair advantage andthat hes too big to be a LHW can shut their mouths.Cutting 20-25 pounds before a fight is something pretty common in every weightclass.Hardy and Alves weight more then 200 and fight at 170.If he goes to HW I think it will only be because he would wipe out the LHW division.

Everyone bags on Jones and his cockiness and arrogance but I believe it was Rashad that would act the most arrogant before AND during fights. They’re no different. Jones better watch his chin though. Evans has more pop and is faster that Jackson or Rua. Jones will fight smart and with distance. It will be boring until Evans presses him cuz I don’t think he has the chin to survive a shot from Rashad. Then it’s on! Too tough to decide though.
