Joey Diehl picked up a nice win over Josh Epps by Arm-Triangle Choke this past weekend at XFO 41. He also received this gaping hole in his head for his hard work.

that looks like a hundred some stitches gash….I had a similar gash on the leg bike accident when i was a kid and i needed 56 stitches.Now thats a huge gash on the eyebrow with many layers of skin seperated.Probably the worst i saw in a long time.

I’ve never really seen a cut curve like that usually they’re straight. I wonder what the elbow looked like. That cut is nasty tho looks like someone could poke their finger through it and have it come out his eyelid lol.
