Jesse Taylor Gets The Boot From UFC Again

For the second time “The Ultimate Fighter 7″ cast member Jesse Taylor has been kicked to the curb. A great wrestler, but seen as a drunken nut case by many, lost his only chance to say with the UFC with his lose to CB Dollaway.

Taylor recently voiced his displeasure with what he called the UFC’s double standard with select fighters. “Oh yeah, it’s a big double standard,” Taylor said when asked about the Jackson situation and the UFC’s support of the fighter. “I’m sure if I were the ex-middleweight champion, I could get away with stuff. I’m sure if I would have done (what Jackson did), I’d be banned.”

We should soon see Taylor pop up in some other MMA organization but with his last loss and parting shots like that his UFC days are over for good.

Yes, I concur with Black Gerbil coco has sick skills and surely with training the posibility of being the best p4p fighter EVER!!!. To bad, that’s the UFC’s loss, I’m sure he’ll be scooped up in an instant by either affliction or elitexc and make made money fighting along side the elite like kimbo, tim and fedor. coco, you’ll be fine.

How come can he compare himself with jackson. I don’t see any similarities other than both being fighters. he should learn how to respect top fighters first.

anyway, I think he should definitely go and fight in other organizations. and if he able to climb the ladder over there I bet dana would be dying to get him back… it is all business..

Of course there is a double standard.

Draws are going to be protected to a reasonable extent. The line is gray but it’s definitely somewhere between demolition derby car chase and killing dogs.

I’m a little surprised by his comments considering he was kicked off the show and then given another chance to fight in the UFC.

JT will certainly be able to sign with another company. His reality-tv-fame isn’t stale yet, so expect to see elitexc, ifl, or maybe even affliction to sign him in the near future.

i dont like how quick the ufc was to cut him, especially hinging it on a loss to a guy that was perfect for beating him (cb wrestling > jt wrestling, and that was what jt relied most on).

I am glad he will not be fighting. He was super boring to watch. They should just get him drunk and let him do things around the arena during fights. That would be much more interesting.

I didn’t even know that he fought CB again, and I love MMA. That should tell you something. If I don’t care about him, the EliteXC crowd, who don’t watch UFC (if they did they’d realize EliteXC is crap) won’t care about him either. Dana White has talked so much about how the UFC is the top dog. If EliteXC or Affliction, they won’t pick up the UFC’s trash and prove Dana to be right. Why would they want UFC leftovers when there are plenty of other guys without the baggage to choose from? I don’t think he’ll be back any time soon. As for Dana being all about money, THAT’S LIFE. Are NFL tickets are free? Why should UFC be any different? It’s a business. I hope they make gobs of money because that will keep them doing what they’re doing and I get to keep watching it (without JT, hopefully).
