Merci, Bruno! Log in to Reply wreckitralph November 2, 2013 Jerome hasn’t looked good recently imo. Should be an entertaining fight however with Kharitonov. Log in to Reply Noel November 2, 2013 @Jason: Outhouse gym! Be nice. It’s a really swanky outhouse gym. Log in to Reply YODA November 2, 2013 If he keeps the distance and uses kicks he should win, but if he stays in the pocket and trades he will get knocked out. Log in to Reply paddedummy November 3, 2013 I wanted to see him attempt to use that wooden dummy properly after his shoulders were all swole from that heavy a$$ kettle bell workout Log in to Reply smokinjoe November 3, 2013 @Jason I m 38 ,stopped boxing at 34 .You have absolutely no idea how hard it is for a big man like JLB who is soon 40 to go on training. JLB is an example of motivation, hard work and perseverence. Yes he is no longer the fighter he used to be 10 years ago but you know nothing about necesary cardio for a big guy like him. Please show respect to this guy who did almost everything in combat sport. While the guy is training hard you go on trainin g on your ketboard. I think you have no lessons to give to a pro fighter ; especially JLB who goes on fighting after all these years Log in to Reply jacobsmokes November 3, 2013 I agree with @smokinjoe 100% this man is a legend. Show some respect Jason. Log in to Reply danada November 4, 2013 I wish I had a gym like that! That’s so sweet! He has everything! I love the kettlebell stuff he’s doing. The exact same stuff I do with my dumbells! Log in to Reply ETK November 5, 2013 He huffed and puffed like the Ultimate Warrior from wrestling Log in to Reply ETK November 5, 2013 I just now remembered Jerome’s left forearm.
