danm man i wanted horn to win so bad
incredibly i have never seen jeremy horn win a fight, every time i see him fight he gets owned lol. the guy should retire, i bet at this stage of his life he gets beaten up by third graders.
Jeremy keeps his chin tucked nice but he looked slow and flat footed
@Eatdagirls – Obviously you are somewhat new to MMA. Horn has been around for close to 2 DECADES! He has fought everywhere, beating a prime Lidell in the UFC, Mr. Pride Akira Shoji, Forrest Griffin, Sonnen thrice times, Loiseau, and a grip of others. Dude fights anyone, in any weight class, any day. That, my fellow MMATKO.com commenter, is a REAL fighter.
Aside from fighting, he helped Pat Miletich’s camp with grappling training, producing some of the best champs of the time. (Excluding that shaved ape, Tim Sylvia….I hope Barnett powerbombs him through the ring. lol)
Thanks for posting Bruno, you the man!â™
Brock Lesnar’s mini-me was the ref.
retireeeeeee
doesnt seem to have alot of power or speed behind his punches or take downs ![]()
Thanks for the post, Bruno!
Jeremy was always slow and that’s why he is not a top fighter anymore. When he started you could go around only on some BJJ and a little boxing. Nowadays, if you are not pretty explosive and well rounded, you will lose most fights.
They say he still is an excellent coach, though. Has anyone here trained with him?
Whatever man! I seen the guy fight a dozen or so times and he always lost, legend or not in 2010 he’s nothing but a trial horse, and not a very good one at that. as in boxing MMA fighters don’t know when to quit and jeremy horn is no exception.
“prime liddell” is stretching it a bit don’t you think. it was his 3rd fight
There was no reason why he didn’t armbar the uck out of Baker at the 3 minute mark of the video
Horn was coming off a 6 win streak so I really dont understand your logic of “it’s 2010 and hes a trial horse”. Hes 3-1 in 2010 and his overall record is 86-20-5. Thats a hell of a record for mma.
Liddell came out of kickboxing a champion. He was a bit green in MMA, sure, but he went on a winning streak strait to the top after that loss. Champ in MMA then, only to go on and lose to the Natural, one of my favorite fights of all time, UFC Meltdown!â™
Kounta nailed it.
