Nice guy with some rather rose-tinted views. I think that his suggested alternative “system” (a term I find in itself to be somewhat contradictory considering that we’re talking anarchy here) is a utopia, but honestly how can it be brought about? I’d be interested to hear Monson’s ideas on this too. Personally, I don’t think that Capitalism is going anywhere soon and I think that many of the great benefits of the modern age have only been brought about as a consequence of it’s prevalence.

As someone who grew up in Illinois and moved to New Zealand,it really saddens me to see how the rest of the planet now view a country I deeply love.

Something is seriously rotten in the USA, even most of you, American citizens, are getting throttled by your own Governments jack boot.

Do something about it before its too late.

Makes sense though. How can people follow their dreams and make something of themselves if they can’t even afford to put food on the table or pay for medication…etc. I don’t agree with the whole “anarchy” idea, obviously for society to work, some people have to work the less than ideal jobs to make things run smoothly. Enough with the rant, but Monson is a very well educated person, if I’m not mistaken I think he has a masters degree.

Its true….large corporations have way too much power, and they influence the government with what conveniences them, which usually means screw the little people. This is the type of government that exist in less developed countries, its just that we havent hit that low YET… but we are heading there…the $$ is in the hands of a few very rich people, while the rest eat crumbs. Little by little the strength of the middle class disappears; there will be a few rich and the majority poor.

What does she mean by this country? This is Russian propoganda tv directed at americans. Forget about anarchy or capitalism, why doesn’t russia start with democracy instead of the joke of elections they had to re-elect Putin.

I never heard anarchy views like his, but I never pay much attention to it. I agree with everything he says about corporations. They were good at first and helped countries, but they are the downfall of capitalism and perhaps soon, society. I’m curiuos to see if capitalism will last another 30 years or 300 years.

this guy is an idiotic douchebag, there is no such thing as anarchy, even in nature there are governing systems at work, these people are ridiculous idiots who obviously have lives that are so easy they can waste this much time devoting mental energy to their idiocy.

If we put God as the pinnacle of our life then things would become more clear. The values that the Bible teaches are the recipe for a great life for everyone. God please heal our land and our people.

Capitalism has its faults to be sure, but why don’t you guys give a counter proposal then if its so evil?

Sure, the far-left creates jobs by expanding the public sector, but that is nothing more then expanding the number of gov’t jobs off tax payer dollars. It does not create any more revenue as its parasitic in nature.

The problem isn’t so much capitalism as it is keynesian economics and consistently spending more as a nation then we have. Capitalism needs to be tweaked for sure, but nothing will work as long as govt’s employ keynesian economic theory. The left loves the western European model, but how well is that working for England, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc. Its not, their economy’s suck too.

Anarchy is another utopian idea like Socialism it goes against HUMAN NATURE.

Intelligent, ambitious clever men will ALWAYS find a way to dominate unless a system of LAWS is created (under a very LIMITED form of government). Which is why a REPUBLIC is by far the best form of government for people who value liberty.

Funny how Monson COMPETES in ORGANIZED sport SPONSORED by CORPORATIONS and GOVERNED by RULES AND REGULATIONS.

BTW capitalism or ANY system not righteously regulated will become corrupt. Capitalism has succumb to corporatism at the moment.
