Great interview of a smart guy. We need more open interviews of judges and refs. He was able to explain himself very well and how he looks at things. I agree with him that I prefer it to be qualitative and not quanitative and his reasoning is sound. Unfortunately this world is filled with stupid people. Some work at McD’s, some are businessmen, some our politicians, and some are refs and judges. Interviewing them will help to somewhat separate the sharp from the dull.
