Toney looked fat slow and lazy. Not even any counter punching. Lebedev didnt look all that good iether, he should have easily been able to finish toney, considering what tony brought to the fight, which was nothing. (well, actually he probably brought donuts and beef jerky to the fight, but we wont count that). During the time of the toney/couture fight, people talked about how even though toney lost an mma fight, he would still smash any mma fighter in a boxing match, well i beg to differ. I agree that while most pro boxers would beat most mma fighters in a pure boxing match, james toney is NOT one of them. After watching this fight, and how poor toney looked, i think most pro mma fighters with average or above average boxing could easily fight and beat james toney.

I think this fight was fixed. James Toney is on his way out, knows hes not gonna be a champion, so he has someone bet on the other guy, loses and gets paid. Toney is way better than this even at his age, for him now its all abou the money.

He was a great fighter at middle to light heavy weight, now his an old fighter who does not want to retire.
