Log in to Reply Philo February 16, 2012 Holy shizzzznakle.. that was a hell of a fight diego is a f in mad man dude.. to come back from that from a guy like ellenberger damn man.. diego made that fight he was ingaging ellenberger was just sittin back countering, which im no hater, but sanchez made that fight.. Log in to Reply marvelous mad madam mim February 16, 2012 if this was a 5 rounder i think diego would of won it. hell diego would of won this fight if it waasnt for that takedown in the 2nd Log in to Reply Buster Hymen February 16, 2012 I was looking forward to rounds 4 and 5. Ellenberger is a beast, but it looked like Diego was about to slay him. Log in to Reply marvelous mad madam mim February 16, 2012 oh and dumbass florian comparing ellenburger to anderson silva hahahaha florian sucks serious balls. where the fuk is frank trigg when u need him Log in to Reply alegre February 16, 2012 why was this not a 5 rounder arnt the main events 5 roundes? might of been a diffrent outcome Log in to Reply Ace101084 February 16, 2012 Ellenberger dominated, he just made one mistake in that last round. Diego never gives up that was a great ending. Props to Ellenberger for getting back to his feet and immediately swinging for the fences to end he fight. Log in to Reply pillowhands February 16, 2012 Uncle Dana, please keep Diego on yer payroll. The kid has heart and he always puts on exciting fightz. Log in to Reply 2little2late February 16, 2012 Too little, too late for Diego the “dream”…the nightmare would’ve fought that way all three rounds, but the dream was tentative…Jake showed he’s vulnerable to a strong grappler, and I think GSP beats him easily… Log in to Reply BamBam February 16, 2012 Gotta love Diego,he’s always in a WAR!!! he wanted to trade&bang, and Jakey wanted to take him down,Diego vs Fitch next? take note Joe Silva you steaming pile of horse manure, don’t know who will they give Jake next, good card on Fuel, thanks for the uploads on the same night, love this site!!! Log in to Reply kaobeto February 16, 2012 Jake would be dominated by GSP. He has to improve his ground game. Log in to Reply Samsonite February 16, 2012 Great fight! But yeah same with cgbloke, why no 5rounder? Diego looked like he could’ve had a lot of momentum to go into rd4 and 5. Maybe that 5rd/main event thing just got to complicated for those idiot judges… Log in to Reply steamer February 16, 2012 Jake by a nose 😉 Log in to Reply Genghis Khan February 16, 2012 Damn Diego’s entrance was crazy… Im convinced Diego is possessed now. But damn this guy has heart… Log in to Reply MMADude February 16, 2012 I had this fight round 1 – 10-9 Sanchez round 2 – 10-9 Ellenberger round 3 – 10-9 Sanchez round one was close though. This definitely deserves a rematch. Better yet, I wish all main events were 5 rounds and not just the pay-per-views. Thanks for the upload Log in to Reply emrb February 16, 2012 Sanchez used a cage grab to help him get up and reverse position on Ellenberger, Effing refs have got to stop allowing that shite! There must be a positional penalty charged for using the fence to escape, or even worse, reverse position! Log in to Reply vachy February 16, 2012 all three rounds? haha ..last no :)) Log in to Reply eric February 16, 2012 on diego first a was like: man ! he got nothing then i was : poor bastard ! at least the human punching bag sanchez is not going to steal the figh. then i was: hell NO! he is gunna steal the fight. and finally i was: yep, always fun to watch, and even better see diego loss. i would like to see a rematch of diego and koscheck Log in to Reply FailSonnen February 16, 2012 That shoulda been 5 rounder. Diego almost had it Log in to Reply jake February 16, 2012 That fight turned out amazing! Log in to Reply baller February 16, 2012 I thought ufc main events were 5 rounds, if so sanchez would hv had it. Good fight though. Take down in the second did it for Jake Log in to Reply El Nav February 16, 2012 2 More rounds!!! Log in to Reply shocktime February 16, 2012 Yeah WTF why isn’t this a 5 rounder? Diego woulda had him. His cardio is superior no way Ellenberger keeps up with Diego’s pace n the 4th and 5th round. Log in to Reply srebrnjak February 16, 2012 r e m a t c h ! ! ! if this was a 5rounder, jake would have been busted up.. diego is a true warrior, I love the guy Log in to Reply fightdontbefake February 16, 2012 dude if diego can mount you and almost pound you out, what makes you think you would fair against gsp? Log in to Reply darby February 16, 2012 ya 5 rounds might have changed this outcome for sure. i think diego is weird in his own way but man do i ever love watching him fight. even when hes beat he comes at you Log in to Reply slamer81 February 16, 2012 5 rounders are only for Fox and PPV. They don’t have them for Fuel. A unfortunate circumstance for this fight. Regardless it was a great fight to watch. Like him or not Sanchez puts on some good fights. Log in to Reply SinkTheHooks February 16, 2012 I had Sanchez winning the first 10-9 and the third almost 10-8, If it went longer diego would have finished him Jake is a lucky sob he wanted to run away the 3rd, and he said John Howard was the toughest guy he ever fought , now Diego what a wrestling dooche bag. DIEGO DIEGO!! Log in to Reply emrb February 16, 2012 Upon viewing again, I possibly was mistaken about Diego using a cage grab. The video schizes for a second and it is impossible to tell for sure. Diego, if I am wrong, I apologize to you. Did anyone else notice Ellenberger had stopped throwing his right hand in round 3? I wonder if it was broken? Log in to Reply axl782 February 16, 2012 FIGHT OF THE NIGHT! Log in to Reply The Llama February 16, 2012 Thanks Bruno. Here in Indiana Comast has no Fuel..I knew we could count on you… Log in to Reply maynard February 16, 2012 doesnt get any tougher than elite wrestlers Log in to Reply cupOteaGov February 16, 2012 Would have been a good 5 rounder Log in to Reply NMPLD1987 February 16, 2012 Philo, I totally agree with you man. He’ll of a fight! Diego always brings it! One of the most exciting fighters to watch Log in to Reply KungFuLowKick February 16, 2012 @MMADude & SinkTheHooks Maybe you guys should rewatch the 1st round. There’s no way Diego was even close to winning that round. He landed alot less strikes, ate knees and got dropped. Log in to Reply CONDIT SUCKS ASS February 16, 2012 They only changed this fight to a 3rndr cuz they wanna build up Jake and they know Diego has the chin and cardio to beast all 5rnds. Diego would have guarantee won a 5rndr Log in to Reply srebrnjak February 16, 2012 I’m a huge diego fan, but there’s no way that he won the 1st, jake controlled the round, it’s a clean w for jake Log in to Reply perulives February 16, 2012 I love Diego, but there’s no way in hell he won the first 2 rounds Log in to Reply John Boss February 16, 2012 Diego is lost, wrong game plan, bad standup, hands always down when punching or kicking; btw, he got caught many times. Sanchez was a badass dude when wrestling and ground and pound. Long time ago. What happened to him? After his fight against the Carpenter, he has not been the same at all…and I have followed Diego since his debut. What the **** is going on with hiim? Log in to Reply koalition February 16, 2012 Diego is at journeyman status. Contender barometer. Ellenberger is the same. (yawn) Log in to Reply Sunfish Hero February 16, 2012 @MMADude and SinkTheHooks – I’m going to have to agree with KungFuLowKick on this. That could have been a 10-8 first round, Sanchez got busted up and dropped once and rocked right at the end of the round. He couldn’t put any hands on Ellenberger either, he pretty much just got beat up. It was a super one-sided first round for Ellenberger. Log in to Reply Sunfish Hero February 16, 2012 @koalition – Yawn? That fight was an awesome fight, man. Log in to Reply agent002 February 17, 2012 just a beautiful fight… Log in to Reply wow February 17, 2012 TBH i didnt feel Jake committed himself in this fight, he stuck to his game plan and counter punched rather well. Diego will always be the same, but his jumping forward looping hooks were to easy for Jake to counter. I wish it had been 5 rounds, i admire Diego’s heart and spirit. But he needs to evolve ever so slightly or he will be left behind. but he has 2 fight of the years you cant take away the fact he is an animal Log in to Reply jdogg February 17, 2012 needed another rd or two : / Log in to Reply Cyclonex February 17, 2012 jake cleaned it out the first 2 rounds and half the 3rd..Jak Log in to Reply Cyclonex February 17, 2012 Jake cleaned him out the first 2 rounds and half the 3rd.And at the bell.Seems you cannot relax for one moment which is what jake did in the 3rd. Log in to Reply SEAN_VANCE February 17, 2012 Ellenburger was getting his ass kicked…. he got lucky it was 3 rounds Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
