Yes, I realize she’s a hot chick doing jiu-jitsu, it’s just a shame she has terrible technique.
That was a horrible way to do an Omoplata.
- You’re supposed to lock your foot under your knee, a sort of figure 4 technique when you’ve got the arm locked behind her shoulder
- Also, to break down your opponents posture to add more leverage, you have to scooch your but back a couple of times
- To finish grab the far arm and lean forward on your knees (still in the figure four lock).
Whatever if you’re a hot chick – but learn some better technique.

Aside from everyone on here who has immature responses, I’d love to see a women’s mma league that is PT, There are A LOT of talented women out there and with the weights being all over the place it sucks to only see 2-3 good female fights a year, imo.
