Wow! Gilbert looked like a freaking giant next to Houston. Alexander hitting the scale at 203 and Gilbert at 206 may explain that…

Jens Pulver does not need to be an announcer, dude took too many ass whoopins and forgets that the world is listening too him. Kinda starting to get tired of Mauro too, he’s lost his funny cliche sayings…and now is only saying stuff that I cant relate to or know what hes talkin about.

Houston should have kept moving laterally and firing off hooks or a right straight. He seemed to have Yvel right where he wanted him in the early minutes…just ate a shot then ran into a bomb.

Was there any doubt this was going to happen? Sure, Houston looked good, but that dude has waaay too much goin on in life right now to have his head in the fight. I see him every once in a while at this barber shop I frequent. Dude has like 10 kids, several jobs…he’s a stand-up guy.
Gilbert did what Gilbert does…fight and get the KO. Another tattoo for Mr. Yvel.

Gilbert to me looked patient and a HUGE LHW, one of the biggest LHW’s I’ve ever seen. He was MUCH bigger than Alexander. He also showed great respect after the fight. I love fighters who show respect like that (although Yvel also angrily knocked out a ref one time haha)

Yeah he has to be very nice to people all the time because he alost lost his right to fight because of his very very poor sportsmanship.He got 3 DQs that were ridiculous.He KOed a ref once because the ref broke them up and he was trying to put them back in the same position they were,it made him mad somehow so he knocked him out.He also gouged Don Frye’s eyes and he bit another guy so Yvel is the last guy who should be called on his “good” sportsmanship.He does that because he got some fights canceled because of those dirty DQs.
