I guess our style of Jiu Jitsu is diffrent then. We practice Judo and Jiu Jitsu since my instructor is a black belt in both. He constantly tells us to Attack Attack Atack. He frowns on pulling guard. The goal is to execute the throw gain superior position and submit them.

That’s a perfect comparison. Defend BJJ all you want, but this “Joke” has been accurate in many professional MMA fights. So I guess it’s not funny, it’s sad. I love good BJJ as much as the next fan, but flopping to their back is a sad truth we see to often.
