Ronda may be a superstar, but she wouldn&#039;t have a job without the Japanese organizations of the 1990s, the few American orgs. that embraced it from the beginning and fighters like Gina Carano, Tara LaRosa and the many other veterans of the sport.
Even with Ronda in the UFC, I think if you want to talk about the history of WMMA, Invicta still have a much deeper meaning for the sustainability of WMMA than Rousey.
