When will a journalist finally ask Herschel to show us his exercise routine??? All these years its been the same claims and same questions but absolutely no proof. I have never heard anyone else corroborate Herschel’s claims that he eats one meal a day and does only plyometric exercises to keep his physique.

I played Division I football and it is inconceivable to me that his coaches would allow him to have his own exercise routine and not insist that he join the rest of the team in weight training.

Until i see proof, i am going to call Herschel a liar.
