UFC middleweight Hector Lombard worked out for the media and fans. Hector is looking to get back in the win column in his fight against Rousimar Palhares, which takes place at UFC on FX 6 on December 15, 2013.

He’s so f***kin fast for his weight class though. He’s too wiley and jerky(in a good way) for most fighters to catch at that weight class.
