Great preview video to get you warmed up for the Sept. 23 DREAM Middleweight Grand Prix Tournament.

DREAM 6 will feature Croation Zelg Galesic aainst Brazilian Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza in one semifinal and Dutch fighters Gegard Mousasi and Melvin Manhoef meet in the other semifinal, with the winners taking on each other later the same night for the title. Superstar heavyweights Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic vs. Alistair Overeem, Sergei Kharitonov vs. Siala “Mighty Mo” Siliga, and featherweight Hideo Tokoro will also fight.

Manhoef broke Sakuraba’s arm with the initial kick. I’m curious as to how it would have turned out if Saku’s arm held up.

ha, thats bs. manhoef is good but anderson silva is a brazilian with a muay thai background, silva has is the best striker in mma, not to mention the awesome jiu jutzu skills he has, silva is not the best pound for pound for no reason, it is said that rick franklin is the best middleweight in the world except he cant beat anderson silva…obviously silva is a smart fighter and would not take the rist to get knocked out, watch the james irvin fight. which im pretty sure you have seen it…

i think the silva, manhoef would be a lot more interesting than people think…by the way, don’t compare james irvin’s striking to melvin manhoef.. different planets!!!!!!!!!
