Hardcore Championship Fighting’s Destiny weigh-ins had a few problems but most were worked out.
Solomon Hutcherson was unable to get a passport so his fight with Amir Rahnavardi had to be canceled. Fabian Cortez and Juan Barrantes were scheduled to fight at 145lbs but both weighed in at 147.5. Since they both came in over the same amount of weight the commission and the fighters management agreed to let the fight take place.
Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos’ opponint Gegard Mousasi first weighed-in at 199.4 but came back before cut off time and made weight at 194.5. The rest of the fighters made weight and the HCF Destiny card that includes Antonio Rogerio “Minotoro” Nogueira will take place as scheduled.
The action gets underway at 7:30pm on February 1st at The Stampede Corral in Alberta, Canada.
