i was dissappointed with edgar. i’m a fan, and know he’s better than that showing. his game plan and preperation were shaky, and the denver air neutralized hiw usual fitness advantage.
i can’t take away from maynards takedown ability (it won him the fight) or his being enormous for the weight class, but i’ll take edgar in a rematch elsewhere.

Why would it be an insult to be compared to Matt Hughes? Sure Hughes’ career is winding down and he can’t beat GSP, but he is still the most dominant fighter at 170 of all time.
