Just after Dana White says Shane Carwin jacked up his knee and was forced out of The Ultimate Fighter 16 Finale, a main-card UFC 155 match has been changed. Gray Maynard is out of his fight with Joe Lauzon at UFC 155, and Jim Miller takes his place.

Dana is already talking about limiting ‘dangerous’ activities for the fighters in their contracts. This would include motorcycle riding.
this is a better fight for joe. gray woulda knocked him senseless. joe can actually win this fight. miller’s only chance really is to get his dry hump on.

Jesus! We are losing a lot of fighters lately. I can’t remember any other period that’s been worse than the last two years. We’ve even seen the cancellation of an entire show. Who would have predicted that a few years back? Are the UFC’s fighters getting too old? Are they training too hard? Anybody know? Either way, I’m betting the UFC would be pretty concerned about it.

also proven that promoting the brand rather than individual fighters is a more successful strategy People are still watching despite the less than impressive cards.
