Gracie Breakdown Of Frank Mir Vs Big Nog.
lol these guys …. take some more time to get it smooth and give us the breakdown on monday.
If Ron Popeil and Billy Mays where black belts in Jiu-Jitsu this is what infomercials would look like. The difference is here you getting sold something useful, with genuine enthusiasm.
I like the fact they couldn’t wait until Monday. Hell, I’d like to see these 2 monkeys break it down real time in split screen, UFC on the right Gracie boys on the left. That would be retarded.
BJJ is so great the can’t beat top notch Judo…ok
Juod>BJJ any day!!!
Entertaining and informative nonetheless
Nice.
These guys are classic!
Yea… The Big Nog arm break wasn’t that fun to watch at all.. Seeing a legend go out like that.
Sad, sad night… ELECTRIC!.. but sad. ![]()
GRacies sucks!
@csario
The fighter makes the difference not the sport.And Judo is the nicer art of Jiujitsu(no leg locks and most shoulder and wrist locks are illegal)and BJJ comes from Jiujitsu.So again the fighter makes the difference not the sport.Especially now.Every Judoka will learn other grappling moves and every submission grapplers learn judo technics.
Also I dont know where you take your information about no BJJ guy ever beated a top Judo guy.
“let’s not demonstrate the actual break” hahaha… priceless ![]()
BOOM!
“Boom”.
Dang!!!
What the hell is a juice bag!?
Their dad didn’t create the UFC, why the f@ck do they always say that.
@KungFuLowKick
Judo does have leg locks but they are banned in most Judo tournaments because it’s so easy to ruin someone’s knee/ankle. There aren’t as many in Judo as in BJJ but Judo does have them. You also don’t see as much Judo in MMA because some of the most effective throws involve spiking someone on their head which is against standard MMA rules.
I agree with you though, the “art x is better than y” argument isn’t particularly relevant in MMA grappling because all the top guys are using a hybrid grappling style composed of several schools and adapted to MMA rules.
@csario
Only one question for you… I respect the art of but If judo was SO superior why do the japanese fed and the french fed decided to forbid to attack the legs to throw the opponent??? answer is easy some brazilian guys that came from bjj just won to many fights on ippon…by attacking legs… judo is a great sport but the jap and french federations ruins it by suppressing to many moves and actually forbidding everything what they could loose with
Humerus compound fracture
@waitingforittobe:
