Ultimate Fighting Championship Light Heavyweight contender Glover Teixeira will battle one of the toughest mixed martial arts wrestlers when he takes on two-time All American Ryan Bader in Las Vegas, Nevada, on May 25, 2013.


Teixeira and Bader will meet each other in the center of the Octagon at UFC 160, which will take place at MGM Grand Garden Arena, on the star-studded pay-per-view (PPV) main card, according to a recent announcement from the UFC via Twitter.com.

I feel like this is a step back for Glover. Ryan has lost 3 of his last 6 and Glover is ready for a title shot. Glover vs Vitor would have made more sense imo.

Bader has everything to gain he might even play spoiler. Glovers’ last fight against rampage showed a weakness in his cardio.

Glover is good but you guys need to get off his nuts. He’s only had a few fights inside the UFC with his most notable win being a desicion against a washed up Rampage. I do believe he’s a top contender but do you really think he could beat Bones???
