Definitely not an early stoppage. The proof is how Carano was laying there for a couple minutes before she even got up. If that was an early stoppage, she’d of hopped up and threw her arms out like everyone else does who claims they weren’t really hurt.
I don’t seem to remember her protesting anything about that beating ending.

Ok the stoppage was warranted. It doesn’t even matter about the bell, the ref’s job is to protect the fighter. Shit I’d even say late stoppage. I’m sure Gina’s corner would’ve thrown in the towell b4 round 2 anyway.
