The scars can be anything, but they definitely don’t look self-inflicted. Those usually have a specific pattern or repetitive motion.
As she cancelled her come back a couple of times, I wouldn’t doubt she got seriously hurt making movies and had to had minor surgery. The movie thing would make sense as she might have a “silence” clause if she gets hurt doing her own stunts. But it can really be anything…

I have scars like that on my arms from breaking them in a motorcycle accident. The scar that goes the length of her forearm is from the doctors cutting it open to insert a metal plate. The smaller cuts is from fixing the torn muscles. Tim Silva has a scar like that too from Frank Mir breaking it from an arm bar.
