i think the sports world would do well to note that carano competed against WOMEN, and that her last loss was against cyborg, whom everyone must have known has been horribly abusing PEDs for many years. any casual bodybuilder or bodybuilding fan can clearly see the physical changes cyborgs body had taken that clearly marked her as a habitual steroid user.

Maybe I’m getting old, but these pics/clips do nothing for me. She just seems so out of her element. Her body is not slender like a model’s, it’s kind of straight and stocky like a guy’s.
She has a pretty face, but that’s about it.

This “sell out” crap is garbage. Gina kicked ass for years. She then trained her ass off and did incredibly well against a beast that was on steroids. She lost a fight that she likely would have won if all things were equal. It made her question herself as a fighter. You never want that or you become Brock Lesnar.

She was smart to take a break and make some big money in movies. I have a feeling that she may return with the news of Cyborg taking steroids and more. She was un-defeated until she was cheated.

Rousey and Carano would be an awesome fight.

I thought her movie “Haywire” was going to suck as they kept on delaying its release.

(And, judging from the trailer, it seems they had a voice actor redub some of Carano’s dialogue, and they show her speaking as little as possible).

But early reviews from rottentomatoes are %100 fresh, and I’m looking forward to watching an MMA star in an “A” list Hollywood movie.

Sadly, I don’t think Gina will fight again. I still youtube her Kaitlin Young fight for its entertainment value.
