For people saying its a crock of s***, please explain? It’s just a more advanced heart rate monitor that tracks intensity as well. I have a fitbit which is basically the same idea. Under armor is pretty smart for having the device attach to your chest which will give a more accurate reading, opposed to the arm, etc. For people 100% serious about their diet and training performance, heart rate monitors are a must.
