He is a great fighter but he is coming off an injury plus the lay off will be huge. Also, who ever he walks into the ring with will be a beast (either Condit or Diaz). Log in to Reply glenn February 18, 2012 he should be ok with his knee, hes got professional people all around him Log in to Reply fightdontbefake February 18, 2012 When he loses this fight, he will blame his leg injury. Log in to Reply emrb February 18, 2012 Like him or don’t, Georges is a very intelligent, highly skilled world class ambassador for MMA. Log in to Reply doolan007 February 18, 2012 gsp will out strike both diaz or condit, hes just on another level, all you haters can EAD! Log in to Reply failsonnen February 18, 2012 Hope he finally learns how to do a decent backflip. Log in to Reply cms February 18, 2012 Every time I thought GSP might actually have a tough title defense against an opponent, he smashes them. I don’t think it will be much different even with the lay off. Log in to Reply shocktime February 18, 2012 GSP has vicious Wrestling and Ground N’ Pound combined with elite Sub Defense. There best bet is to hope this lay off creates come rust. Log in to Reply enjoylife321 February 19, 2012 GSP is like polar opposite to Nick Diaz, Chris Leben, koschek, and those type of fighters. He should be a gymnast not a fighter because he is too professional….This is fighting, head smashing, bone cracking, blood dripping sport I want GSP to come out and start saying fuk you dana, whats up your fukin scared homie Log in to Reply enjoylife321 February 19, 2012 once you tear your acl thats it your knee is never the same….you are using a tendon to replace a ligament that is screwed in place….it is so hard to get the correct tension, flexibility and strength….I feel sorry for anyone who cops this injury because its hell….most guys who have surgery end uo coming back with pain….everyday movements, jumoping in and out of cars , steps etc can screw it up Log in to Reply masterblaster February 19, 2012 cain came back from a long lay off as did shogun when they both had the belts both lost could happen again but gsp does seem alot smarter than any other fighters out there.. Log in to Reply murell February 19, 2012 Both G.S.P and Condit are great for the sport both intelligent skilled Warriors, diaz not so much! P.S hey failsonnen, maybe you can show G.S.P how to do a proper back flip after you fight 3 rounds! Log in to Reply Jeff February 19, 2012 @ murell Well said about Failsonnen! Log in to Reply mma made easy February 20, 2012 I believe in GSP. Even if he DID lose, he’d win the rematch (with whoever) Log in to Reply scottc February 20, 2012 To tell you the truth. I think GSP should have to fight Diaz first. It will give him more than enough time to rehab and get in to shape by the time Diaz fulfills his suspension for weed. And whoever wins that fight will then fight Condit. To me it’s a win win situation. GSP gets to fight Diaz and whoever wins that will gladly want to face Condit. What do you think Bruno?? Log in to Reply alexxeto February 22, 2012 he is going to beat condit ,period Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
