Nick Diaz should of showed up. There is no good excuse as to why he did not it looks like. I think all the weed is getting to him. Carlos might be better rounded but Nick does have a fighting spirit and he does not give up when he fights. I was really looking forward to Nick/St.Piere. What a shame. Maybe UFC will give him another chance, but not anytime soon.

In your face too all the idiots who defended Diaz and are on his sack. I always said he’s a great fighter, but a complete retard! LOL

GSP seems scared of Condit. Guaranteed he’s just gonna shoot and grind out a wrestling win.

Depressing.. At least there will be Brock and Reem and Japan. Nick Diaz better be delivering babies or stuck under an avalanche or something, no excuse to not show up. At the same time though, who cuts a guy who barely says boo at pressers anyways and thinks the whole things a waste of time, its not like he would have contributed much other than some mean stares and “you know”s.. Fans lose in this case

RearNakedSmoke Says, in 9-8-2011 at 12:42:38 from

Wow. I just got a good hard laugh off of Randy’s comment. I’m picturing Nick Diaz, up to his elbows in coochie, delivering a baby with a blunt sticking out the side of his mouth, cursing and muttering about the “209″ the whole time. “Come on, bitch! Where you at? You gots ta rep dat 209, yo. Hell da f**k yeah! It’s a boy! Stockton, bitches!”
Very funny stuff.
And here I was, already laughing at GSP’s demeanor around Megan Olivi. If I didn’t know better, I’d say that Georges was thinkin’ about hittin’ that.

I disagree with the “too much weed” theory. He needs to smoke weed before the press conference that way he would be all chilled out. Guess now we will never know. Good luck Nick on the C level circuit!

Another f’n Jackson team fight.. Think both fighters will grease up?lol
Everyone wants to see GSP lose, so boring, he would have killed Diaz, everyone knows it, Nick has no take down defense which is why he left the UFC in the first place. Hopefully Conduit will have the good game plan to dethrone this Canadian snore fest.

carlos is not as dangerous as diaz. second gsp blew a s*** fit that diaz didn’t show and creid about it and that’s why diaz got pulled. all this pc fake s***, georges just scared of diaz. how pusstastic of georges.

John Boss Says, in 9-8-2011 at 22:22:50 from

Diaz a dangerous fighter? maybe in strikeforce or in Japan, but not in the UFC.

facethefacts Says, in 9-8-2011 at 22:38:19 from

you guys who are gsp fans are a bunch of lost idiots, respectful? honest? champion? dude that n**** grease for almost ever fight that involved a grapler or submission special list you obviously didn’t watch the grease gate vid witch I’m sure you lost bums will try to dismiss regardless the s*** was on his back weather you thibk he wanted it or not, plus out of his own mouth he admitted to hireing a guy to kiss bj penn on his way to the ring, distracting him from the fught,.. yes gsp doesnt need to cheat now, he truely is a nasty fighter but take back all that honorable.. honest.. stuff out of it and put in cheater… o even people from the ufc accused him of taking some sort of steriod but I’ll leave that alone.. Bj is the true King.. nuff said.

How come the guy who shows up is scared and the guy who runs away from his coach’s isnt?I dont understand how you think

MMA Richmond Says, in 9-8-2011 at 23:56:21 from

hm. I feel for George. He likes his gameplans and his mental prep. This is a big blow to the psyche (which, for him, is very important)

Also, if Jackson is out, that’s a huge tool gone as well.

If GSP loses, he’ll win the rematch, but, yeah. Poopie.

Dave Says, in 9-9-2011 at 04:39:19 from

I think GSP has every right to be worried he was preparing for a long time for a fight and a particular game plan for that fighter now everything is changed and the game plan has to be changed but there is no time plus this does effect the fighter mentally.

GetSome Says, in 9-9-2011 at 09:22:29 from

GSP is a true professional. As much as I cannot stand to watch him fight, at least the guy brings it when it comes to being a good person and professional.

condit vs diaz would be more interesting to me. winner gets gsp.
