GSP talks about being afraid before he walks out to the Octagon at take on his opponent.
“I’m the kind of guy that I’m not afraid to admit that I’m afraid when I go fight,” said GSP. “Even though I’m scared and I’m afraid to fail, when I walk to the Octagon, I look like I’m, it’s impossible for me to fail and I look very confident, like I’m going to kick ass for sure. But the truth is, deep down inside, I’m scared as hell.”

ok – pause the video @ 3:37… GSP and Serra look SO pissed when BJ is saying that Renzo didn’t look scared in the weigh-downs. GSP is thinking (Christ I beat you twice and even my training partner just beat you), Serra is thinking (come on man, I gave you a tough fight and I was ready to go)… they look SO PISSED. haha
What’s crazy about this panel is that… BJ fought Renzo (1-0) and Serra (1-0). GSP fought Serra twice (1-1) and BJ twice (2-0). Serra lost to BJ once and split two fights with GSP. Only person missing is Hughes!! He has fought all of them as well (GSP three times, BJ three times, Serra once and Renzo once). and Hughes definitely deserves to be there. GSP is the greatest welterweight of all time, but before him it was Hughes.
James-Lange Theory, similar to Tony Robbins thoughts oh psychology following physiology. Good stuff and true.
