Georges St Pierre Interview For UFC 154 Bout With Carlos Condit.
he looks scared
he always looks scared… and he always wins..
Are you kidding me?! There is no way he is scared! Such a stupid comment…It’s like you just said it for attention or something.
GSP is one fit dude. If that is recent video of him doing jump squats, his knee must be fine.
this is gonna be a good fight… cant wait
dont matter how good your knee once you get hit in the face all can change
He kinda favored the injured knee a Lil in the jumping squats. I think it’s an old video. There’s no question gsp is ready. He wouldn’t have sign the fight if he wasn’t a 100%
This is a very interesting fight as far as betting goes. The fight itself is going to be a snore but the lines make for some exciting bets. Condit is a +300. Its interesting because nobody knows how GSP is going to show up. He hasn’t fought in a decade it seems and is coming off an injury. Condit has the cardio to take him deep(this is almost certainly the game plan).
I’m kind of shocked at the Le/Franklin split. Le is a +250 and in my opinion he should win this fight. Franklin isn’t what he was and the only other striker in the game that has the same set of skills is Anderson. We know what happened when Ace took him on.
Nate Diaz is money. Hes at a +135 and I don’t think Henderson has a chance. Nate has better cardio, better strikes and an infinitely better ground game. The only thing Henderson has is power, and Nate has a hell of a chin. If it goes 5 then Nate, without a doubt, will get the decision. No way can Henderson match his volume of strikes and if they spend more than 5 minutes on the mat Diaz wins via sub.
Nelson is a +160 and I’m not sure he should be the underdog in this fight. Carwin has no gas and Nelson took JDS’s best(far better than Carwin’s) for 3 rounds. I see Roy getting rocked hard early, then Shane punching himself out only to lose via GNP in the 2nd or 3rd.
Bruno how you feeling about BJ being a +240 to MacDonald? I feel like this is his last fight and he has something to prove. If the Sanchez/Hughes/Pulver BJ shows up its going to be a long night for Rory. I don’t see a 500+ split in this fight. I see BJ at a -150, I’m definitely putting a bit on him.
Bruno: have not put much thought into most of the fights but I did buy $500 worth of Roy Nelson at +200 when the odds first came out.
